• Entry is free and open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Yakima or its trade partners are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members include spouses, de facto partners, parents, siblings, and children (whether natural or by adoption). 

• Yakima reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms. 

• Entries open at 08:00 am NZST on Wednesday 10 June 2026 and close at 11:59 pm NZST on Tuesday 16th June 2026. 

• Yakima may amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.

• Only entries submitted via the official online entry form will be deemed valid. 

• Each person may submit a maximum of one (1) entry. 

• The entry link may be promoted by Yakima via multiple digital and offline channels during the Promotion Period, including but not limited to: QR code displayed at the Yakima Fieldays exhibit, online via Yakima’s website and email marketing campaigns; social media and digital advertising channels including sponsored and organic social media feeds; collaborator and partnership marketing campaigns. 

• The entry link may be shared freely by Yakima’s industry partners, collaborators and the public. 

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Yakima’s sole discretion. 

• Total prize pool value: up to NZD $2,000 RRP. 

• Prize package includes: Winner’s choice of Yakima product valued up to NZD $2,000 RRP. 

• Prize selection is subject to stock availability at the time of fulfilment and Yakima vehicle fitment and product compatibility requirements. 

• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

• Yakima reserves the right to substitute any prize (or component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to availability. 

• All other costs, expenses, and taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. 
  

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. 

• The draw will be conducted electronically using a random selection process. 

• The draw will take place at Yakima Australia Pty Ltd, 17 Hinkler Ct, Brendale QLD 4500, with one (1) Yakima employee witness present who is not directly involved in the conduct of the draw. 

• The winner will be drawn within 10 business days of entries closing and contacted via email within 24 hours of the draw being conducted. 

• Yakima reserves the right to attempt contact via alternative methods if provided. 

• If the winner cannot be contacted or Yakima does not receive written confirmation claiming the prize within 5 days, Yakima reserves the right to select a new winner within 5 business days. 

• To the extent permitted by law, Yakima is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize. 

• Yakima’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• The prize will be fulfilled within 28 days of winner confirmation. 

• The winner’s first name and region may be published on Yakima’s digital channels within 30 days of the draw. 
  

• By entering, participants agree to receive communications from Yakima regarding the contest. 

• Participants may also opt in to receive marketing communications from Yakima by checking the box to sign up. This is optional and does not affect entry eligibility. 

• Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, fulfilling the prize, and, where the entrant has opted in, sending marketing communications. Personal information may be accessed by Yakima and its service providers for these purposes. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting Yakima.

• Based on the structure of this promotion, no NZ promotional permit is required.

• Yakima may amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  

• Yakima may ask the winner to participate in reasonable promotional activity, such as providing a photograph or quote, but will seek the winner’s consent before using their image in marketing materials. Yakima will take reasonable steps to respect the winner’s privacy where requested. 

• Yakima accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or failures that may affect participation in the promotion. 

• Participation indicates full acceptance of these terms. 

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, unauthorised intervention, or any cause beyond Yakima’s control, Yakima reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
