I am a professional mountain bike athlete, traveling the world, riding and racing bikes and having the best time doing it. I love the outdoors there is something special about being in nature and moving my body that gives me freedom and brings me so much joy. Life is truly such a gift.
Most memorable place you've travelled / adventured?
Hard to pick one when I have been lucky enough to see the world and travel so many countries but nothing beats home in Australia.

If you could give a TED talk, what would it be about?
Inspiring and motivating people to trust that good things can come out of scary moments, be true to yourself and your character, and how to overcome mental barriers in all walks of life.
If you could live a completely different life for a year, what would you do?
I really do love my own life but if I could be something else for a year I’d love to live the life of an artist, because I love to let my creative side shine.
How do you like giving back?
I love giving back in any way I can. I feel so grateful to be in the position to give away my old clothes and gear to the MTB community, I love sharing wisdom and knowledge to the younger generation or anyone who could benefit from my experiences. I am so passionate about helping young teenagers find their true self and to help them navigate a tricky period of life.

‘Look for the good’, For me it is so important to look for the good things in life, focus on the positives and just see the good that is in the world…Because if you look around there is always good even amongst what may feel like hard or tough times.
Tell us something not many people would know about you?
I am a very organised person, even my living space is so ordered… little bit OCD but that’s what makes me unique, and I wouldn’t change a thing!
